Beatrice is a highly esteemed nurse driven by an unwavering passion for patient care. Her career journey has led her to discover a profound sense of purpose. Beatrice has found her calling as a project manager at the CTIW Foundation. Drawing upon her extensive experience in the nursing field, she spearheads projects that have had a profound impact on countless lives.
Beyond her exceptional leadership skills, Beatrice possesses a remarkable gift for connecting with and supporting youth and children. Her ability to empathize and provide compassionate care sets her apart in her role. Rooted with strong humanity principles, she is driven by her passion to change lives and give hope to the vulnerable in society.

Regina Noweyo Mac-Doqu
Regina Noweyo Mac-Doqu is an administrator at the CTIW Foundation. She is guided by integrity, hardwork, diligence, selflessness and the love for the less privileged in society. She is an advocate for youth empowerment and loves to be a good example to young people. She is dedicated to community development, especially rural communities. Her Bachelor's degree in Geography and Rural Development and Masters degree in Sustainable and Integrated Rural Development at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has inspired her a lot to work towards the improvement of the quality of life of rural folks who are mostly disadvantaged in terms of development in Ghana. She combines her academic knowledge, innovativeness and genuine desire to serve to contribute to the success of CTIW Foundation. She is simply a changemaker and would go all out to make a positive impact in society.

Helena Kwao
Helana Kwao is an admin support ad-hoc volunteer at the CTIW Foundation, guided by modesty, humility, and love for humanity and the less privileged in society.
She employs her professional knowledge with diligence, a high level of responsibility, commitment, dedication, and her passion for change in all projects. Her academic studies in Business Administration at the University of Professional Studies, Ghana gives her additional competence that enables her to approach a wide variety of task challenges with diverse task management methodologies with her unique human resource management skills.
Having completed an extensive internship with the CTIW Foundation on project and task management in 2019, she continued her studies to attain a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management at the University of Professional Studies in 2023. She is a role model for other volunteers and our entire team. She is a team player, loyal and determined to achieve beyond impossibilities. We are proud to have her on our team and we continue to support her to achieve the highest possible laurels of her appointment.
Albert Acheampong
Albert is a fervent advocate for youth, committed to effecting positive change in their lives. His diverse background in business, Christian ministry, Biblical studies, and family life education equips him with a rich reservoir of experience to further the foundation's mission.
In his capacity as the coordinator for international programs at CTIW Foundation, Albert brings over six years of valuable experience. He possesses a nuanced understanding of the distinctive challenges and prospects encountered by children and teens globally.
Albert's dedication is evidenced in his efforts to coordinate exchange programs, forge educational partnerships, and facilitate humanitarian aid initiatives. His unwavering commitment is focused on crafting transformative experiences that enhance the well-being of children and teenagers across the globe.
Susana Djanie
Susana is an ad-hoc volunteer administrator at the CTIW Foundation, driven by a profound affection for children and a deep-seated commitment to communicating God's unconditional love that surpasses all understanding.
She combines her academic knowledge and genuine desire to serve with her business administration background from the University.
Having completed an impactful internship with the CTIW Foundation's evangelism content production team in 2019, she has been an active volunteer with the foundation, working tirelessly to spread the message of God's love wide and far. She serves as an inspiration of hope and illustrates the transformative power of God's love and compassion in the lives of children.
